Acercamiento Hispano de Carolina del Sur - Our mission is to preserve the dignity, promote the well being and improve the quality of life of the Hispanic Latino community of South Carolina.

Brookland Foundation - The mission of the Brookland Foundation is to improve the lives of people by developing and promoting efforts to enhance their spiritual, emotional, physical, social, and economic well-being.

LifeLine Senior Services, Inc. - LifeLine Senior Services (LSS) is a not-for-profit organization specializing in gerontological programs and services designed to meet the growing demands of our aging population.

Catawba Care Coalition - Our mission is to promote optimal health for York, Chester, and Lancaster County residents by providing medical care and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS and by educating the community to prevent the spread of HIV.

HopeHealth - HopeHealth is committed to meeting the health care, prevention, and support service needs of persons living with HIV/AIDS and those at high risk for HIV infection. HopeHealth also provides services addressing other health disparities.

Palmetto AIDS Life Support Services - PALSS was formed in 1985 to help South Carolinians fight the war against AIDS. We offer Free services to people who have been diagnosed with or are at risk of contracting HIV/AIDS, and we also work with their loved ones.

SC Hispanic/Latino Health Coalition - The mission of the Coalition shall be to provide coordinated leadership to advocate for equal access to quality health care for Hispanics/Latinos residing in South Carolina. Priorities for action will be in keeping with the guidelines set forth by the National Health Care Standards Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS).

SC HIV/AIDS Council - Our vision includes strategies to address the needs of those who are affected by HIV. It is our belief that these members must be supported emotionally, mentally, and financially, when possible. These individuals are immediate and extended family members, friends, and lovers who love and care for persons living with HIV.

Columbia Oral Health Clinic - The COHC mission is to ensure access to high quality oral health care services for adults living with HIV/AIDS, as well as, the homeless and those persons who are uninsured and underinsured that meet our admissions criteria. Our purpose is to disseminate state of the art treatment, oral health information, patient advocacy, and educate patients of the importance of at-home oral health care.
